‘Cuba – The Musical’ at the Municipal Auditorium, Portimão, Algarve, 25th July 2008

Expect a mix of drums and dances with great colour and at an exultant pace!

The show provides a tribute to the great Cuban musicians, composers and singers such as Benny Moré, Perez Prado, Pablo Milanés and Celia Cruz. Prepare to enjoy the mambo !

Tickets are on sale during weekdays at the box office of Portimão’s Municipal Auditorium from 2PM to 8.30PM and on the day of the performance up until the start of the show.

Portimão’s Municipal Auditorium is excellent for musical events and is located in the centre of town (Avenida Miguel Bombarda; near Portimão’s main tourist office). It’s easily accessible from Praia da Rocha, Alvor, Monchique, Ferragudo, Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Armação de Pêra and Lagos.

He was gifted with an innate musicality and fluid tenor voice which he coloured and phrased with great expressivity.
