Taekwondo is a martial art of Korean origin. It is an Olympic Sport.Enjoy the action with competitors from several countries including Portugal, Hungry, Spain, Belgium, England, Check Republic, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Serbia, Holland, Austria, Israel, Turkey and France.

With a ‘coaching’ session on Friday13th November 2009 from 4PM to 6PM & a master class on Saturday 14th November from 4PM to 5PM, both free of charge.
